Agreements

Sydnovate offers a series of user-friendly standard agreements which facilitate government and industry access to the University of Sydney’s broad range of technologies and academic expertise. These agreements incorporate the University’s preferred terms and conditions, and are designed to expedite the process of negotiating agreements with the University’s commercial partners.

Sydnovate enters into agreements on behalf of the University and is responsible for negotiating and managing these agreements.
