Sir Zelman Cowen Universities Fund Academic Exchange & Student Exchange Fellowships
Because of its relationship with both the University of Sydney and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Fund has been able to play a unique role in sponsoring an exchange of scholars between the two universities. With financial support provided by the John Hammond Trust, the Fund established a Student Fellowship and an Academic Exchange Fellowship to support the Program of Academic and Student Exchange which was re-ratified between the University of Sydney and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2001 and has continued since that time. The Fellowships provide funds for short-term student exchanges and academic exchanges between the University of Sydney and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and vice versa.
