What type of file does UPS accept?

If your work is ready to print please provide a print ready PDF with bleed and crop marks. UPS also accepts print-ready files in any of the following formats:

• InDesign (packaged)
• Illustrator
• Photoshop

As Microsoft Office software is not designed for commercial printing, UPS accepts Word files as copy for layout jobs only. If the Word file is ready to print, please create a PDF and send this instead of the Word document. This also applies for Powerpoint and Publisher files. Please do not hesitate to contact our designers for specifications prior to creating artwork.
