Research interests

  • Improving reproductive technologies available to the animal industries;
  • Physiological role of proteins on the sperm surface

Current projects

Tamara is part of the team working on semen preservation, artificial insemination and embryo transfer in sheep. The aim of her project is to restore the ability of frozen ram spermatozoa to traverse the cervix in order to make cost effective cervical AI available to the Australian sheep industry
