Accommodation Booking

Participants are required to make their own accommodation arrangements. Please find following a selection of accommodation houses that are within a short distance of the University Campus and prices quoted are current but are subject to change and availability. The University will not be held responsible for any changes.

All prices are current at the time of publication 1/09/12 and the Organising Committee accepts no responsibility for alterations.

Rydges Camperdown

9 Missenden Road Camperdown - within 5 min. walk of symposium venue - rated 3.5 star. Superior Queen Rooms are $ 185 including breakfast for 1 or $ 200 twin share breakfast for 2, please mention APSS 2013 when making your reservation by phone for the special university deal or book via the link above (Rydges heading) using the Corporate ID: APSSCWP. Rooms are required to be booked by 17th January 2013 to obtain the special rate otherwise it will be the best Available rate on the day of booking.

Camperdown Suites

108 Parramatta Road Camperdown - within 5 min. walk of symposium venue - rated 4 star. $150 per night includes free broadband WiFi (breakfast packs are available at reception for a small charge). 30 rooms have been blocked booked and will be released 15th January 2013 if not secured, please mention APSS 2013 to avail the special rate.

Citigate Central

169-179 Thomas Street Sydney - within 20min walk of the symposium venue - rated 4.5 star. 24 hr Reception, complimentary use of gymnasium, pool and business centre.

University of Sydney Colleges Accommodation

University Colleges offer single, double and twin rooms with share and a limited no of ensuite bathrooms available on the University of Sydney Camperdown Campus. Internet is available for guests, however is not complimentary. Rates start at $ 70 per night and includes a continental breakfast. There are 2 colleges available:

The Haven Inn

196 Glebe Point Road – rated 3 star, approximately 20min walk to the conference venue. Rates start at $ 175 per night for a standard room. On-site under cover secure parking available at an extra cost of $15 per night.
