Gold Sponsorship: AU$5,000 + GST

Gold Sponsorship includes:

  • 2 full registrations and 2 free Symposium Dinners and bus transfers.
  • Use of Meeting room – appointment times to be made.
  • Display in Foyer Area.
  • Company Logo shown in Gold sponsors in sponsorship slideshow.
  • Advertising material in Satchel.
  • Inclusion of Company Sponsorship links on University Website for APSS.

Silver Sponsorship: AU$3,000 + GST

Silver Sponsorship includes:

  • 1 full registration and 1 free Symposium Dinner and bus transfers.
  • Use of meeting room – appointment times to be made.
  • Display in Foyer Area.
  • Company Logo shown in Silver sponsors in sponsorship slideshow.
  • Advertising material in Satchel.
  • Inclusion of Company Sponsorship links on University Website for APSS.

Bronze Sponsorship: AU$2,000 + GST

Bronze Sponsorship includes:

  • 1 full registration.
  • Company Logo shown in Bronze sponsors in sponsorship slideshow.
  • Advertising material in Satchel.
  • Inclusion of Company Sponsorship links on University Website for APSS.

Item Sponsorship

Item Sponsorship is available in addition to the above for Conference Satchels, Lanyard and Name Badge and USB’s loaded with copy of proceedings.
These opportunities are only open to Foundation Members on a “first in first served basis”.

Sponsorship of the following items will be considered by the program committee:

Please fax/email indicating your preference for which item/items you would like your company to sponsor. Note that as this is a ‘first in, first served’ basis, so it may be useful to indicate secondary or tertiary choices in case your first choice is unavailable.
The conference organisers consider it important to present the meeting as one of exceptional quality and so the conference satchels and USB drives (which will contain the conference proceedings) will be good quality items.

NOTES:

  1. Satchel and Lanyard/Name Badge - that the successful sponsors will need to provide their company logo (in a format requested by the promotions company) to be transferred to the final items.
  2. Audio/ Visual Display will give the sponsor a slide on the rolling introductory presentation at the start of each session and during breaks with the words ‘Audio/Visual Resource kindly sponsored by *company logo+’.
  3. Tea/Coffee breaks (total of 6) will give the sponsor an easel with the words ‘Tea/Coffee breaks kindly sponsored by *company logo+’ in a prominent place during the breaks.
  4. Lunch breaks (total of 3) will give the sponsor an easel with the words ‘Lunch kindly sponsored by *company logo+’ in a prominent place during the breaks.
  5. Pens/Pads are to be provided by the sponsor and will be included in the delegates bag by the conference organisers.
