This year we have again included some all-inclusive sponsorship items, which will offer full accommodation at the **NEW** conference venue, as well as other benefits. Some of the inclusions on lower level sponsorship have also changed slightly, so please read through the inclusions in each level of sponsorship carefully before making your decision.

Item Sponsorship

Item Sponsorship is available in addition to the above for: Conference Satchels, Lanyard & Name Badges, USB Flash Drives, Canape + Poster Session, Tea Breaks, Lunch Breaks Notepad & Pens.
These opportunities are open to Foundation Members first on a “first in first choice" basis.

Applications for sponsorship can be submitted from 9:00am, Tuesday 1st August, 2017 via fax or email. Items will be allocated in time received order from this time.
EARLY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE GIVEN LAST PREFERENCE!

Please fax/email indicating your preference for which item/items you would like your company to sponsor. Note that as this is a ‘first in, first served’ basis, so it may be useful to indicate secondary or tertiary choices in case your first choice is unavailable.

The conference organisers consider it important to present the meeting as one of exceptional quality and so the conference satchels and USB drives (which will contain the conference proceedings) will be top quality items.

NOTES:

  1. Satchel, USB’s and Lanyard/Name Badge - the successful sponsors will need to provide their company logo’s (in a format requested by the promotions company) to be transferred to the items.
  2. Canapés + Poster Session Sponsor will be required to provide banners or signage to be displayed in the Hyde Park Room during poster presentation evening. Logo + Short video presentation will also be displayed on screens at the venue.
  3. Tea/Coffee & Lunch Break sponsors will be required to provide their company logo to be placed on serving tables during the breaks. Logo will also be displayed on screens at the venue.
  4. Pens/Pads (300 of each) are to be supplied to the conference organisers by the sponsor and will be included in the delegate’s conference satchels. Left-over’s will be made available on the sign-in table during the conference.
  5. Item sponsorship doesn’t come with any other added benefits, other than company logo on the Welcome Slideshow, Banner & Website, and company name printed in the proceedings.
