Roundhouse Honour Roll

The Roundhouse is a quaint, black rotunda located in the middle of the Veterinary Science precinct at the Camperdown campus.

It was originally constructed as an animal observation box for veterinary procedures carried out on horses. However, with the decline of the use of the horse came the decline of the use of the Roundhouse.

After its days of veterinary use it became the location for gatherings that many past staff and students would remember fondly.

Today the Roundhouse is an imperative part of the Faculty’s heritage and tradition and it is the chosen symbol for the Faculty’s Centenary Celebrations.

Your donation of $1,000 or more to our Centenary Appeal will allow you to join our Roundhouse Honour Roll and support us into the future.
