Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) and HECS-HELP
There are a limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places available for the DVM. Domestic students who are not offered a Commonwealth Supported Place will be fee-paying students. Please note that there is no need to lodge a separate application, each domestic application will automatically be assessed for both types of places.
HECS-HELP loans are available to eligible students enrolled in Commonwealth Supported Places. A HECS-HELP loan will cover all or part of the student contribution amount. More information about HECS-HELP
Domestic Fee-paying places and FEE-HELP
Fees must be paid up-front, unless you are a domestic student and eligible to apply for an interest-free loan through FEE-HELP.
FEE-HELP is an interest-free loan facility for eligible domestic students who are enrolled in fee-paying, postgraduate coursework courses. FEE-HELP enables eligible students to obtain a loan from the Commonwealth government to pay all or part of the tuition fees. The Government pays the amount of the loan directly to the student's higher education provider. Students repay their loan through the taxation system once their income reaches the minimum threshold for compulsory repayment.
