Presenting Signs
    This is an inherited disease involving the abnormal development of nerves. The nerves are normally sheathed in a substance called myelin, and in this condition the myelin sheath is deficient. Animals affected by this disease show clinical signs at birth or start showing clinical signs within a few days after birth. Symptoms include walking abnormalities, generalised tremors and involuntary eye tremors.
