Canine Lymphoma and Mast Cell Tumour Survey
About this Survey
This survey can be completed and returned anonymously and should take about 10 minutes to complete. It is important that all sections of the survey are completed. If you would like to provide information for more than one dog, please submit a separate survey for each dog. A lucky draw will be held on 1 July 2011 for all respondents to win book vouchers or dog products. The survey is applicable to respondents with dogs clinically diagnosed with lymphoma or mast cell tumour only.
Answering this Survey
By completing this survey, you will be contributing to our knowledge about canine lymphoma and mast cell tumours in Australian dogs. The information you provide will be pooled together with that from other respondents to provide an overview. Results from the study will be published in journals and presented in scientific meetings and seminars. Research findings will also be published on the LIDA website, an online resource of the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Sydney. This resource catalogues congenital and inherited diseases of a genetic origin in pure bred dogs.
