Question Sets

During the ohsrm audit it is intended that each interviewee be asked only those audit questions that are relevant to their position. There are three primary question sets provided to assist in targetting interviewees with appropriate audit questions ie. senior managers, middle managers/supervisors, and operational staff. The question sets are provided in the worksheets of the linked Excel spreadsheet.
