Reviewing and updating records

You can log back on to RiskWare at any time and review the progress of your reported incident or hazard. You will not be able to see the incident and injury records entered for other employees, even if you originally entered the incident report on their behalf.

1. Login to RiskWare

2. Choose 'View Incidents/Hazards'

3. View the details of any listed incident/hazard by choosing the 'View Details' button on the RHS under Options.

4. Click the Edit icon to update incident or hazard details.

5. Edit relevant fields, using the Next or Previous icons at the top of the screen to move forward and back between pages.

6. The final screen has a Submit button to finish and save your incident record.

Note that any updates and edits will be tracked via RiskWare's audit function.
