Biographical details

Liam is a creative technologist and interaction designer. Specialising in creativity support tools and interactive media technology. Liam's current research at the University of Sydney’s Design Lab investigates how algorithmic and AI systems function as tools that support creativity, focusing on enhancing creative practice through the application of interaction design and user experience. Previously Liam has worked developing interactive media technologies for the Interactive Media Lab at the University of New South Wales. Additionally, Liam is a practicing digital artist having exhibited & performed works at the MCA, VIVID Light, 107 projects and Mosman Art Gallery.

He is currently the Program Director of the Bachelor in Design Computing and specialises in design programming and physical computing within that program.
