Are you interested in studying visual arts at Sydney College of the Arts? The Portfolio and Workshops Day is a fantastic opportunity for you to meet with our academic staff and receive advice and feedback on preparing your portfolio.

We will also be running free interactive workshops, delivered by academics and art practitioners from the Sydney College of the Arts.

Teacher Education Personal Statement Workshop

Teacher Education Personal Statement Workshop

When: Saturday 12 October 2019
Who: Year 12 students
Where: Education Building, The University of Sydney

Are you interested in studying an education degree (excluding early childhood) at the University of Sydney? If so, you will be required to complete a teacher education personal statement as part of your application.

The Sydney School of Education and Social Work at the University of Sydney will hold a Teacher Education Personal Statement Workshop to assist you with preparing your personal statement.

You will learn more about the personal statement process and receive suggestions for what to include in your statement. Academic staff will be available to provide feedback and advice on individual statements.

On the day, we will be running lectures and workshops. It is recommended that you attend one of the lectures before attending a workshop - you will only need to register for the workshop session

The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the University of Sydney Business School are coming together to host an event dedicated to the study of economics and business.

This is your opportunity to learn about the range of disciplines and careers available in economics and business, experience University of Sydney's world-class teaching and participate in interactive workshops.

Find out how studying economics and business can provide you with the training to answer pressing global business and social questions.

Teacher Education Personal Statement Workshop

Languages at Sydney: 
Go Global 2020

When: Friday 22 May 2020
Who: Year 10-12 students

Languages at Sydney: Go Global 2020 is an initiative by the University of Sydney's School of Languages and Cultures.

Whether you want to continue with a language or learn one from scratch, this event will give you a taste of the programs and languages that the University of Sydney has to offer. Events on the day will include an introduction to learning at the School of Languages and Cultures and the School of Philosophical and Historical Inquiry, discussions with university language students, and two language-specific immersion sessions.
