SCA New Contemporaries
2024 Graduate Exhibition
To celebrate the achievements of our talented Sydney College of the Arts graduates, we are holding a 2024 Graduation Exhibition: SCA New Contemporaries. Opening Thursday, 28 November, at Old Teachers’ College.
At the end of each academic year, we celebrate our graduating cohort and the culmination of their collective research and practice-based outcomes. We invite you to visit us at the Old Teachers' College to enjoy the work of our students.
Over thirty works will be on display from our studio areas including screen arts, photography, painting, print media, sculpture, ceramics, glass, jewellery and object.
In parallel with the exhibition, an innovative online showcase of SCA New Contemporaries is available as a marker of our students' achievements.
The works within this online showcase represent the capstone of degrees including the Bachelor of Visual Arts, Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours) or Master of Film and Screen Arts.
This platform is created in consultation with the student cohort and mimics the textured experience of wandering through studios located on campus.
Opening night: Thursday, 28 November, 6 – 9pm
Exhibition dates: 29 November – 7 December 2024
Monday to Friday, 11am – 5pm | Saturday, 12 – 4pm
