She is an experienced HR professional from a corporate background with an interest in career development and the advancement of individuals. Richard is passionate about coaching, and was the President of the Consulting club at the University of Southern California, where he completed his MBA in 2011. He also mentors former athletes transition into the workforce.

Bruno started his career at A.T. Kearney specializing in turnaround strategies for southern European companies in the wake of the global financial crisis. This unique context was the stage for truly transformational projects as companies were open to rethink even long-held beliefs about their business and outlook.
After 4 years at A.T. Kearney and an MBA with INSEAD, Bruno moved to Australia to join the Strategy team at Woolworths. As a Strategy Manager, Bruno is responsible for strategy development of some of the Group’s business units and for managing teams to deliver the resulting initiatives.
