Tim runs his own leadership development consulting firm. He has specialist capability in leadership and executive coaching and delivers programs to middle managers, senior managers, executives, C-suite executives, partners in accounting firms and the occasional barrister. He sees coaching as a partnership and has an encouraging and supportive style ensuring he sets focused, purposeful and meaningful goals that get results. He has a Master in Coaching Psychology degree and a background in senior leadership roles in multinational and ASX listed companies across multiple sectors. Lisa is Head of Career Services for our MBA Programs. She also oversees the MBA Coaching Panel and has specialist capability in the sustainability sector. She adopts a strengths-based coaching approach and has delivered programs to middle managers, senior managers, executives, sustainability practitioners and entrepreneurs. She has a warm, expressive and supportive style focused on setting meaningful goals and supporting individuals to achieve their ambitions whatever they may be.

Catherine is the Corporate Relations Consultant for our MBA Programs working with Lisa Tracy. She is an experienced HR professional from a corporate background with an interest in career development and the advancement of individuals. She is passionate about developing people and collaborating with them to achieve results. Working with Catherine you will explore and define what gives you the "3E" effect; what energises, engages and excites you. Catherine is supportive, and will provide guidance and feedback and challenge you throughout your coaching while keeping you accountable always.

As a communications professional in the IT industry, I thrive on being at the edge of innovation and working with entrepreneurs, people who work for themselves and business leaders. I also bring expertise in executive coaching and training in business writing and public speaking, including media interviews.

Richard Gosper

Richard is a former Bain Manager and professional athlete. With over 7 years of top-tier management consulting experience, he is passionate about disruptive technology, people development and systems optimisation.

At Bain he worked in the Performance Improvement practice, and the Service Design & Operations practice. And worked in Industrial Goods and Services, Private Equity and TMT.

In 2018, Richard left Bain and founded HiyaPurpose. Essentially – it is striving to be the ‘eHarmony of Career Search’, matching people with roles based on what the love to do in an anonymous and bias-free environment.

Richard is passionate about coaching, and was the President of the Consulting club at the University of Southern California, where he completed his MBA in 2011. He also mentors former athletes transition into the workforce.

Richard was ranked in the top 30 in the world for his event before retiring from competitive swimming in 2008.

Bruno de Sousa

Bruno de Sousa

Bruno has over 8 years of experience in both professional services and corporates, and across multiple geographies.

Bruno started his career at A.T. Kearney specializing in turnaround strategies for southern European companies in the wake of the global financial crisis. This unique context was the stage for truly transformational projects as companies were open to rethink even long-held beliefs about their business and outlook.​

After 4 years at A.T. Kearney and an MBA with INSEAD, Bruno moved to Australia to join the Strategy team at Woolworths. As a Strategy Manager, Bruno is responsible for strategy development of some of the Group’s business units and for managing teams to deliver the resulting initiatives.​

His consulting background and experience running dozens of interviews will help you explore your career options and put your interview skills to the test.​
