Master of Management Programs

This degree is designed for those seeking a dynamic business career, who want to gain experience in the essential areas of business, from strategy to digital innovation.

No prior work experience is needed and graduates from any area of study are encouraged to apply. You will be part of a hand-picked group of around 50 students who work together in an inspiring environment.

The degree is a 60 credit point (12 months full-time or 2 years part-time) pre-experience program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in management in your chosen field. 

You will develop the skills that businesses demand in their future leaders by working directly with companies and in highly interactive learning environments.

Some of our graduates have gone on to work at Deloitte, EY, Google, Vodafone, NAB, Woolworths, Oracle, IBM and AppNexus.

Admission criteria

To be considered for admission, an applicant is required to have:

• -  an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification or

• -  an Australian bachelor's degree or higher with less than a credit average (minimum 50 percent required), and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 630) or equivalent Business School approved admissions test. 

For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and admission criteria are determined based on the country, institution and qualification.

• -  A statement of motivation (maximum two pages) outlining what you hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the Master of Management program 

Note: You can still apply to the program if the results of your previous study aren’t available by the closing date.

Step 3: Motivational Video

If you meet the entry requirements you will be contacted to submit a short motivational video to assess your suitability for the program.

Step 4: Outcome 

The result of your application will be communicated via the online application portal.

The Master of Management (CEMS) is a 72 credit point degree (three semesters of full time study) pre-experience program.

• -  an Australian bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline with less than a credit average (minimum 50 percent required) or equivalent qualification, and satisfactory performance in the GMAT (for guidance, the class average score is 630) or equivalent Business School approved admissions test. 

Applicants must also fulfil the following criteria:        

1.  Complete a selection interview

2.  Provide a statement of motivation

3.  Provide a recent resume / CV

4.  Meet the below CEMS MIM language requirements: 

• -  Australian citizens: From 2023 Australian citizens will be exempt from the CEMS language requirements (they will be admitted based on English as a mother tongue). As part of the program, these students will be required to learn a second and third language to a beginner/elementary level. Please note that the CEMS language requirement is an exit requirement and must be completed prior to graduation.
  
  
• -  International students: Must be fluent in a minimum of two languages, one of which can be English. If a student's mother tongue is not English then they will not be required to undertake language testing, unless they wish to. If a student's mother tongue is English then they will be required to undertake language testing in their second language. As part of the program, students will be required to undertake a third language to a beginner/elementary level. Please note that the CEMS language requirement is an exit requirement and must be completed prior to graduation.
