Global Executive MBA Information Session
Our Global Executive MBA will take you across Australia, to Europe, Asia and the United States, giving you range of unique experiences in different countries and organisations.
Join Associate Professor Massimo Garbuio for an interactive session as we explore an overview of the program, followed by a panel discussion featuring alumni and participants from the current cohort. Members of our alumni community will share how they have personally and professionally benefited from their Executive MBA experiences.
The event will offer you the chance to find out what makes our Global Executive MBA truly distinctive through an interactive presentation from our Academic Director as well as one-on-one discussions. Networking with Alumni will follow until 9pm and light refreshments will be provided.
The University of Sydney collects personal information about you when you register your interest in the University of Sydney Business School MBA program:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- Information about your employment details (position, company, and your years of experience).
We will also collect technical information when you register for the masterclass including IP address, device ID, cookie-based information, log data.
We will use your personal information to register you for the Global Executive MBA masterclass and to provide you with further information about the program and the masterclass. If you consent, we will also use your personal information to contact you after the event to answer any specific questions you might have about the Global MBA program. If you choose, we will also use your personal information to provide you with additional information about opportunities at the University that may be of interest to you.
We will share your personal information with Salesforce for the purposes of managing your preference and interest in the University of Sydney MBA programs.
We will not disclose your personal information to anybody else, unless you have given consent, or we are authorised or required to do so by law.
Providing us with your personal information is voluntary. If you choose not to supply your personal information, we will not be able to register your interest in the Executive MBA program offered by the University of Sydney Business School.

This event is in Melbourne CBD and is an in-person event.
Our Global Executive MBA will take you across Australia, to Europe, the United States and Asia, giving you range of unique experiences in different countries and organisations. Because we believe to influence the world, you need to be inspired by it.
The program consists of a mix of self-directed online primers, a major strategic project and 5 x 2-week face-to-face residential blocks held about every 4 months over an 18-month period, from February to July. These are currently undertaken in Australia, Europe, the United States and locations in Asia.*
To be eligible for admission, applicants need to have:
- Completed a bachelor's degree, graduate diploma/certificate or equivalent at an institution approved by the University of Sydney Business School and at a standard acceptable to the University of Sydney Business School (minimum credit (65%) grade average)
- Approximately 10 years relevant work experience
- An English proficiency of IELTS 7.0 or equivalent (international students)
