Indigenous Research Scholarship application form

Your application requires the following documents:

• Charles Perkins Centre Indigenous research scholarships supervisor guidelines and agreement (PDF 65KB) signed by the two project supervisors. 
• Current academic record, or certified academic transcript for students who do not hold a current University of Sydney academic record.
• You'll also need your referees to complete an academic reference form.
