This unit is designed specifically to provide Commerce students with the opportunity to develop cultural competence and high-level self-management skills, professional development, client-facing and related stakeholder engagement skills. Students are required to consider their employment aspirations and are provided with opportunities for both personal and professional development to build on competencies necessary for the workplace. Students are also encouraged to develop their teamwork and business communication skills to enhance their career readiness.
