Among the central features of the Master of Teaching course lie the interplay between research, policy and practice, and the need for teachers to critically reflect on their practice for transformation. This is the final foundational unit of the MTeach and focusses on the design, implementation, and reporting of a Practitioner Research Project (PRP) undertaken by each PST during the Internship. Practitioner research relates to ongoing professional learning for the development of classroom practice to impact student learning. The PRP articulates the development of teaching practices, the related professional learning, and analysis of classroom based evidence to inform ongoing development.
