Microbiology Honours A - MICR4011

Year - 2018

Students enrolled in the Honours program study various advanced aspects of Microbiology. Students undertake a research project, complete coursework relating to the critical evaluation of scientific literature and biostatistics, and attend seminars.

Coursework presentation (3%), coursework participation (7%), coursework examination: 4 hours (15%), oral presentation of research (10%), thesis (65%)

Additional information
School permission is required for enrolment. Entry into the School Honours program normally requires a credit average in a major relevant to the chosen project or relevant 24 credit points of senior study. The School will consider entry by students who do not have this requirement if their overall academic performance indicates an equivalent performance in other subject areas or if their SCIWAM exceeds 65.
