Radiological Interpretation: the Chest - OLET1401

Students will gain an insight into radiological anatomy of the chest through x-rays and CT. They will explore anatomical relationships in the chest as visualised with medical imaging. This unit blends online and in-class learning to facilitate students learning how to interpret radiological images of the chest. The anatomy, search skills and problem solving necessary for interpretation of chest radiographs will be taught using a case based approach. Students will demonstrate radiographic interpretation skills by completion of a summative and graded online, as well as in-class, assessments based on information provideded.
