Mathematics Learning Centre

The Mathematics Learning Centre offers bridging courses and assists eligible students to develop the mathematical knowledge, skills and confidence they need to learn mathematics or statistics in first level quantitative units of study at the University of Sydney.

Information for students

Prior to Semester 1, we offer:

  • mathematics bridging courses in partnership with the School of Mathematics and Statistics
  • statistics bridging courses for students enrolling in PSYC2012 and PUBH5018.

There are fees for bridging courses.

During semester, we provide:

  • one-to-one support in the Maths Learning Centre Drop-in Centre
  • Revision Workshops for students in some individual units of study
  • a range of mathematics materials available for self-paced study on our website.

Drop-in Centre support and our revision workshops are free.
