In this joint Education Portfolio/faculty program, you will be given a basic introduction to higher education teaching and learning principles and an introduction to faculty culture. In learning how best to facilitate the learning of your students you will develop some practical teaching skills.

The core of this program is currently run over two days in February, June and September. Some faculties have included additional elements on later dates. If you wish to register for the programs please do so below. You will receive a certificate of completion from the Education Portfolio/faculty upon completion of all components.

The program forms part of the University's confirmation process for the appointment of continuing staff (see page 8). The program is designed for University staff, and certain selection criteria apply. Prospective external fee-paying participants should contact us directly.
