“Coming from Japan, I was very surprised to see the diversity of backgrounds and cultures of the students and staff at the University of Sydney. It made me more aware of the importance of embracing and learning more from other cultures and people of different backgrounds. This made me realise that in order for our Japanese university to internationalise successfully, we need to be more open-minded in learning other languages and cultures.”
“The program was really efficient for me because I have worked in our university for a long time. I was very interested in every lecture. Also, I was impressed by the hospitality of the Office of Global Engagement. The experience must be one of my best things in my life.”
