The University of Sydney's Office of Global and Research Engagement uses the information you provide on this form to coordinate effective arrangements for the proposed delegation. This information will only be shared with University of Sydney staff who need the information to prepare documentation that is essential to the delegation (e.g. Letters of Invitation required for immigration purposes).

Any personal/sensitive information is provided on a voluntary basis. However, if the information is not provided, the University of Sydney may be unable to prepare documentation that is essential to the delegation.
