Ensure your teenager gets a head start at university

If your teenager has a keen interest in mathematics and science or is curious about how things work, a degree in engineering, computing or project management at Sydney may be the perfect springboard to their future career.

At the University of Sydney students receive hands-on experience, industry exposure and an accredited degree that allows them to live and work anywhere in the world. Being first in Australia and fourth in the world for Graduate Employability (2017 QS Rankings), we’ve designed our degrees to provide your child with the knowledge and skillset for the jobs of the future.

While they are still in high school, your teen can explore their interests through our many activities. Our Open Day (August) and Information Day (December) are excellent opportunities for you and your teen to ask questions and explore the many degree options available at the University of Sydney. If during high school your child completes four on-campus events through the Propel initiative, they will be awarded a $2000 study abroad scholarship to be used at any point in their undergraduate career.
