WHO priority pathogen list for fungi

We are excited to announce that the WHO recently awarded a contract to researchers and clinicians from the University of Sydney (MBI Fungisphere Node) and Australian & New Zealand Mycoses Interest Group (ANZMIG) to develop a priority pathogen list for fungi. This list follows the success of the 2017 WHO priority pathogen list for bacteria, which has already had a major impact on focusing global R&D on the most pressing bacterial threats.
