Full-time study is hard enough without housework

We think the time you save shopping, cooking and cleaning is better spent relaxing and connecting with new friends over good food.

What's on the menu?

We cater for a diverse community of residents and meals are designed to be as international as possible. A typical day could see you waking up to a hot, continental breakfast before class, Italian for lunch between lectures and middle-eastern food for dinner. We also cater for vegetarians — and that doesn’t mean non-stop tofu! Too busy to make it to dinner? Leave us a note and we'll keep it aside for you to collect after class. Fresh fruit is available at all meals.

Food, glorious food

Start your day with a hearty breakfast that includes a range of cereals, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit and toast. A hot breakfast, which usually includes bacon, eggs, hash browns and pancakes, is also available daily.

Breakfast is served from 7.30-9.30am on weekdays, brunch is served from 10.30am to 1.30pm on weekends.

There is always a hot option for lunch or you can help yourself to something from the salad bar. Hot soup is also available during winter.

Lunch is served from 12.30-1.30pm weekdays.

Dinner offers a choice of two hot meals and a vegetarian option. Salads, vegetables and dessert are available with all meals.

Dinner is served from 5.30-7pm weekdays and 5.30-6.30pm weekdays.

Facts & figures

  • The good oil We only use vegetable oil or olive oil, both approved by the heart foundation of Australia.
  • Meat and greet All meat served from the hot servery is 95% lean, and halal.
  • We're not salty We use minimal salt in meals. Additional salt is available.
  • Keepin' it fresh We purchase high quality fresh fruit and vegetables.
  • High five! Every day you have access to the five food groups needed for healthy eating.
