The Master of Project Management will equip you with the methodologies and analytical techniques required for the design and implementation of projects, before progressing to advanced concepts of governance, strategic delivery, the dynamics of risk and resilience, and program management.

You will develop further specialised technical knowledge in one of four specialisations:

  • Global
  • Organisational Project Management
  • Risk and Control
  • Strategic Change Implementation

You will also have the opportunity to undertake an international study tour, working with students from other leading international universities.

Your prior qualifications or in some cases, work experience, may enable you to reduce the number of credit points required to complete your degree.

Our onlline Master of Project and Program Management is ideal for experienced project managers with a minimum two years’ work experience who want to develop their strategic thinking capability and gain the organisation skills required to manage larger projects and program portfolios.

You will work closely with a range of industry partners who share their knowledge and experience in all aspects of the course from workshops to assessments. You'll also learn from others who are facing and solving complex project and program challenges.
