Biographical details

Emily is a Scholarly Teaching Fellow in the University of Sydney Law School. She has previously worked as a solicitor, judge’s associate at the Federal Court of Australia, and in a New Zealand government department. Her doctoral thesis explored the influence of the Australian Constitution on judicial development of administrative law principles.
