Venues and ticketing

How to find a venue and register for an event
Information about our venues, getting here, how to register for an event and ticketing.

Venues and access

Please check specific information about our venues below, and follow directional signage to the room once you are near the venue.

Venues are subject to change at late notice, so please always check the website on the day of the event, and read your e-reminder for any updates.

You can also find venue location details using the University Campus Maps to find your way around campus. Remember the main University campus covers a large area, so we recommend you leave yourself time to find venues if you are unfamiliar with our campus.

Sydney Ideas is committed to making our programs and venues accessible for all people. All our venues are wheelchair accessible. If you require any assistance or need more information, please contact us on +61 2 9351 2943 or email sydney.ideas@sydney.edu.au.

Getting to our campuses

We have some parking options for drivers around our campuses, but as parking is limited, we encourage more environmentally friendly ways of getting to campus, such as cycling and public transport.

If an event is full we will close registrations and mention this on the registration page. We do not have waiting lists but often have spare seats on the night due to late cancellations. If you could not register but would like to attend, you are welcome to join a stand-by queue at the venue.
