About Dr Arne Grimsmo

Dr Arne Grimsmo is pursuing theoretical research in quantum mechanics and its application to technology. His research interests are focused on how quantum systems can be used for quantum information processing, understanding noise in quantum systems, and how ideas from topology and quantum error correction can be used to design quantum devices that have built-in protection from noise.

Dr Arne Grimsmo is a research academic in the School of Physics.  He is also a member of The University of Sydney Nano Institute.
