About Professor Assaad Masri

Professor Masri's research interests are as follows: Lifted Flames; Incineration of halons and CFC's; Chemical inhibition of halons in flames; Experimental investigations of methanol and ethanol flames; PDF-Monte Carlo calculations of turbulent nonpremixed flames.

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, University of Sydney, 1987, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (1st class honours and University Medal), University of Sydney, 1983.
