Volunteer for a study in nutrition

The study is a meal-delivery program designed to test whether simple changes in nutrition may influence health in individuals in the short-term.

The study runs for four weeks, and includes weekly food delivery and three clinic visits.

This study has received ethics approval from the RPAH Ethics Review Committee (Protocol No. X16-0285 & HREC/16/RPAH/364)

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are male or female aged 65 to 75 years
  • have a BMI of 20-30kg/m2, and a stable bodyweight
  • eat all foods, and have no allergies or food intolerances
  • are a non-smoker
  • do not have diabetes, renal or liver disease, cancer or hyperthyroidism.
