Assist in a study into gender differences in brain function

We're seeking volunteers to assist in a study at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead that will look at gender differences in brain function during early and late adolescence.

What's involved?

Participation will involve a brain scan (MRI) and a computerised cognitive assessment and will take approximately 3-4 hours.

Complimentary parking for participants’ parents/guardians will be provided at the Brain Dynamics Centre, Westmead Millennium Institute, and participants will be reimbursed for reasonable expenses.

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • aged nine to 14 years of age
  • mentally and physically fit
