How fit are you, really?

How individuals define fitness, their self-rated fitness level, and its relation to physical activity
The study aims to determine how accurate individuals are in estimating their own fitness level and to understand how it relates to physical activity.

A physical assessment will be carried out for participants who are able to determine their exact fitness level.

There are two parts of the study:
1) online questionnaire
2) physical assessment (optional)

For each part of the study completed, the participant will be entered into a draw for one of three $50 gift vouchers.

Ethics committee approval number: X18‐0508 & HREC/18/RPAH/729
