Are you a healthy babyboomer with no sleep problems?

Take part in a research study on sleep quality

We're looking for healthy babyboomers - aged 50 to 70 years - with no sleep problems, to take part in a research study on sleep quality.

What you wear during the night may affect your sleep quality.

The study aims to compare three sleepwear fibre types (100% cotton, polyester and wool) on the sleep quality of adults under warm conditions of 30°C and 50% humidity.

What's involved?

You will undergo four nights of sleep studies (over two weeks) at the Delta Sleep Research Unit at Cumberland campus, Lidcombe. Standardised dinner meal and breakfast will be offered on sleepover nights. You will be reimbursed for your time and travel.

This study has received ethics approval from the Human Research Ethics Committee (Project No. 2012/562).
