Ivan Roberts Scholarship $50,000
  • About to graduate from Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor at USYD
  • Have graduated from a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from the USYD within the last 5 years
  • Unconditional offer of admission in a postgraduate degree within the Sydney Law School, or equivalent institution.
John O'Brien Memorial Research Scholarship in Criminal Law and Criminology Up to $50,000 per annum (up to 3.5 years)
  • PhD, MCrim (Research) or LLM (Research) student
  • Research criminal law and/or criminology
  • Hold an honours degree or master's degree in law or a relevant discipline.
Judge Ralph J Perdriau Postgraduate Research Scholarship in Common Law Up to $50,000 per annum stipend (up to 3.5 years)
  • PhD or LLM by research in the Sydney Law School
  • Conduct research in common law
  • Hold an honours or master's degree in law
Paulette Isabel Jones Career Award $7000
  • Domestic/international student
  • Submit thesis before 30 September
Reca Stone Postgraduate Scholarship in Legal Theory  Up to $50,000 per annum (up to 3.5 years)
  • Full-time PhD student
  • Conduct research in the discipline of legal theory
  • Hold an honours degree or master's degree in law
The George and Matilda Harris Scholarship Up to $50,000 per annum (up to 3.5 years)
  • PhD, MCrim (Research) or LLM (Research) student
  • Willingness to conduct research in law
  • Hold an honours degree or master's degree in law
The Julian Small Research Scholarship in Labour Law Up to $50,000 per annum (up to 3.5 years)
  • PhD or LLM (Research) full-time student
  • Conduct research in the discipline of labour law
  • Hold an honours degree or master's degree in law
Scholarship in Opioid policy and use in Indonesia $37,207 p.a. (up to 3.5 years)
  • Domestic/international student
  • Hold First Class Honours or equivalent
  • Research component in a related social science field such as Indonesian Studies, Policy Studies, Public Health, Sociology, Law, or Asian Studies
WA Cooke, Jane Cooke and Alfred Godfrey Scholarship Up to $50,000 per annum (up to 3.5 years)
  • PhD, MCrim (Research) or LLM (Research) full-time student
  • Willingness to conduct research in law
  • Hold an honours or master's degree in law
The Walter Reid Scholarship Up to $10,000
  • Enrolled in a research degree in the Sydney Law School
  • Undertaking research in law
  • Plan to research overseas
