Biographical details

Dominique Van der Saag joined the Sydney School of Veterinary Science as a postdoctoral research associate in 2017 after completing a PhD investigating the use of novel analgesic products administered to cattle during castration and dehorning for practical delivery of pain relief on-farm. Dominique continues to conduct research into improving farm animal welfare through investigating novel methods of pain assessment and pain alleviation in ruminants. Dominique is interested in livestock science for sustainability of agricultural industries.
