I started my PhD in the brain dynamics group in 2013. My research focuses on localized coherent spatio-temporal structures that form in the collective activity of neurons in the brain. I have previously performed modelling studies investigating the formation and effects of such structures in a network of neurons, and am currently looking at pattern behaviour in multielectrode array data obtained from marmosets, courtesy of the Sydney University Vision Laboratory.
