Become a PASS facilitator

What happens next

If your application is successful, a video interview may be requested before a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview will be with a selection panel consisting of three Business School staff. Interviews will take about 15 mintues and last no longer than 20 minutes.

If you’re shortlisted from the interview, you will attend a three-day PASS assessment centre, taking place from 11, 12 and 13 February 2020. Over the three days, you’ll undergo assessment to further gauge your suitability for the role. The shortlisted applicants from the course will make up the final team of PASS facilitators.

You will receive a certificate of recognition on completion of the three-day course.

Employment in the program depends upon the following criteria:

  • your performance during the PASS professional development
  • the number of student enrolments into the Business School, Law School and PHAR1812 in 2020
  • the number and breadth of units that PASS will operate in, and when they are confirmed
  • the availability of rooms for the sessions
  • the 2020 personal timetables of team members and their availability to facilitate sessions during the semester. Fewer facilitators will be employed by PASS in Semester 2.
