Log in to Sydney Student
As a current student or staff member, use your UniKey to log in to Sydney Student. Your UniKey should look like: abcd1234 and is emailed to you after you have accepted your offer and enrolment is open for your course.
If you don't know your login details
You can obtain your UniKey username or password by contacting the ICT Helpdesk (1800 SYD UNI, press 4) or visiting a staffed learning hub on campus (photo ID required).
You can also reset your UniKey password online, provided you have previously provided us with your Australian mobile phone number and personal email address.
If you can't log in
If you have reset your password but still can’t access Sydney Student you can contact the ICT Helpdesk on 1800 SYD UNI (press "4").
Applicants
You will have different login details depending on what stage of the application process you are at. If you have:
- made an enquiry, use your 9-character Enquiry ID (e.g. ENQ001234)
- saved a direct application, use your 12-character Applicant ID (e.g. IPU000001234)
- submitted an application, use your 9-character Student ID (e.g. 450001234)
These instructions are also included in emails from us regarding your application.
If you have forgotten your login details you can retrieve your password online.
