Five must-see events at the Alumni Festival

18 October 2024
Get to know your future alumni community
The Alumni Festival brings together alumni, students, family, friends and community for a magical day on campus.

The second ever University of Sydney Alumni Festival is set to take place on Saturday 30 November. The festival brings together alumni, students, family and friends from around the world to explore behind the scenes on campus and dive into the world-leading research that takes place on campus every day.

“We have such a talented alumni community, and the festival is a great opportunity to see that in action,” says Kate May, Director of Alumni and Supporter Experience.

“It’s also a chance for our current students to see what the university has in store for them once their degree finishes,” she says. “And best of all it’s free!”

The campus will come alive from 10am with talks, exclusive tours of the campus, exhibitions from the faculties and schools, music from up-and-coming alumni and student talent from the Conservatorium, roaming entertainment, research demonstrations, an alumni innovators and creators showcase, fireworks and more.

There really is something for everyone in our jam-packed line-up of alumni talent. Check out some highlights below.
