Organisations are complex cultural systems of entrenched behaviour that respond slowly to change. To transform organisations to meet the demands of an evolving market, managers need to be able to understand and use existing behavioural incentives, power structures and the local personal priorities of key stakeholders. In this unit, students will learn theories and techniques to help individuals, teams, and organisations respond to, and embrace change at all levels, from increasing uptake and engagement with project outputs, to strategic realignment and organisational transformation.
