VETS6413: Extramural Elective

2021 unit information

The final year of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program is spent undertaking experiential clinical rotations. This unit of study involves a placement at a School-approved extramural location. The extramural placements are an opportunity for you to apply practical knowledge gained during the preceding years of the course in an area of interest or potential interest. Through participation in these professional activities, student interns are expected to further develop veterinary graduate attributes, and gain insight into selected career opportunities. This unit of study will complement other intramural and extramural placements during final year.
