Any issue raised by a student will be dealt with promptly and professionally by all staff members involved. We take all student concerns seriously and no student will be discriminated against for making a complaint.

You can find more information regarding the appeals process at the Student Administration Centre, Students' Representative Council (SRC) or Student Affairs Unit

Coursework students

If you have any concerns about any aspect of a unit of study with regards to teaching or assessment methods affecting your academic progress, you should first discuss your concerns informally with your teacher. If the issue is not resolved by this means, you may approach the postgraduate coordinator with your complaint, informally or in writing.

The next levels of the appeals process within the Faculty are to contact (informally or in writing) the Sub-dean for Postgraduate Education and Research Training, then the Dean of Veterinary Science.
