Profile of yourself Yelena Nikolayevna Zabortseva is a PhD researcher at the Government and international Relations Department of the University of Sydney. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from MGIMO (Moscow State Institute of International Affairs) and a Specialist’s Degree in International Economic Relations from Kazakh State Academy of Management. She has experience of research and teaching on Public Policy Regulation and International Investments in Russia and Kazakhstan. Her professional experience included work at position of a Head of International Relations Department at Agency on Financial Regulation of Kazakhstan. She has published on investment policies, competitiveness (with particular focus on Kazakhstan), globalisation, international conflicts resolution, and intercultural dialogs in the number of Kazakhstan’s and international journals and books.
